The first thing you need to know when choosing a pump for your pond is – how many gallons of water does your pond hold? Your pump should turn over the water in your pond once every hour. The height and width of your waterfall, along with the length of pipe from your pump to the waterfall, also has an impact on how many gallons per hour (gph) your pump needs to push to turn the water over.

The optional Universal Remote for Adjustable Flow Pumps is available separately (#45041) to allow wireless control without the use of a smartphone or tablet.

Constructed of stainless steel and composite resin for strength and corrosion resistance; with a semi-vortex impeller design enabling the pump to handle solids effectively. Resulting in less maintenance and trouble-free performance.
Engineers have designed the Aquascape PL series pump to be hydraulically ‘dialed’ into the lower total dynamic head ranges typically found on water feature applications, helping increase the lifespan of the pump by reducing vibration and premature component wear.

Pond Powerhead
The Aquascape Pond Powerhead is designed to create water movement and eliminate stagnant areas in ponds and water gardens, providing circulation, surface agitation, and aeration. This standalone recirculating pump does not require any pipe or plumbing, simply set the powerhead directly in the pond or disguise it into the pond using rocks or other materials. The energy-efficient, low-voltage motor can be powered by a standard outdoor, 12-volt transformer (not included).

The high flow rates of the EXT pumps make them perfect for supplying water to waterfalls, wetland filters and water jets. All EXT pumps have an oil-free design and a low RPM fan-cooled motor that provides quiet operation and a long life.
The EXT Pump Plumbing Kit (Item #48027) provides all of the necessary fittings and valves to make the EXT pump easy to install, prime and operate. Once primed, the pump can be turned on and off without priming as long as water remains in the suction line.
